This patient is a 51-year-old female referred to Dr Gannon for evaluation of breast asymmetry. On exam, she has pendulous breasts with grade III ptosis. She noted that she would be okay going smaller on both sides as she is having a lot of issues with her back and neck. These pictures were taken six months following her surgery.
